Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Q&A With Me, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms:
1. Your Content
- You own the text, video, or other content you submit.
- By submitting, you give us a license to host, display, and stream it so the service works.
2. Question Reuse (Viewers)
- When you ask a question, you can choose whether to let the Host reuse it in social clips or posts.
- This permission is non-commercial only (no ads, no paid sponsorships).
- You can withdraw consent later, and we may require Hosts to stop using your question in new posts.
3. Host Rules
- Hosts must verify their identity before running sessions.
- Hosts may only reuse questions when the Viewer has given consent.
4. What's Not Allowed
- Nudity or sexual content
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats, including content promoting violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or other protected characteristics
- Violence, graphic content, or violent extremism
- Intellectual property infringement, including copyrighted content you don't own or have permission to use
- Scams, fraud, or illegal activity
5. Creator Subscriptions
- Hosting free events requires a paid monthly subscription (Starter, Workshop, or Studio).
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
- You can change tiers or cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep access until then.
- We do not refund partial months. If we materially change the price or features of your plan, we'll give you notice before the next renewal so you can cancel if you don't want to continue.
6. Paid Tickets
- Creators may sell tickets to their sessions. The creator sets the price.
- Ticket sales are processed through Stripe Connect. The creator is the seller of record. We act as the platform.
- We charge a 10% platform fee on the ticket price. Buyers also pay a $0.50 service fee at checkout. Stripe's payment processing fees are deducted from the creator's payout.
- If a creator cancels a scheduled event, ticket holders are automatically refunded in full. Outside of cancellations, refunds are at the creator's discretion. Stripe processing fees on refunded transactions are non-recoverable and are deducted from the creator's account.
7. Creator Payouts
- To receive payouts from ticket sales, creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and keep their account in good standing.
- Payouts are released approximately 7 days after a session ends, subject to Stripe's payout schedule.
- Creators are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings. We do not withhold taxes.
8. Service Availability
We provide the service on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion. Suspended accounts with active subscriptions remain on the hook for the current billing period and are not refunded.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for what users say or upload. Each user is responsible for their own content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Appeals
If you think your content was removed by mistake, you may contact us to request review.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
